Safety guidelines
These rules are shown during registration and every member accepts them before joining or creating a pod. They apply on the pavement and in every message.
Never walk one-to-one with someone new
First meetings happen with the whole pod, in a public place. If only one other person shows up, reschedule.
Meet at a lit, public landmark
Park gates, cafe fronts, transit stops. Share your route and expected return time with someone at home.
Be visible before dawn
Reflective layer, a small light, and pavements over roads. Assume drivers cannot see you.
Keep it kind and clean
No foul language, harassment, body shaming, unsolicited advice or sales pitches. Report anything that crosses the line.

Progress photos are stored privately and are only ever visible to you. No one else in the community can see them.
